Only things I can suggest is to update Video drivers for your card, and go to the Monitor manufacturers website to see if there are drivers / id file so Windows can recognize it. That might solve your problem.
Actually it sounds more like the game is running a refresh rate that your monitor doesn’t support (which would explain the not support message you get) which would mean that you need to set direct X to force a specific refresh rate that your monitor does support.
This only works for XP (as far as I know)
click the start button select run and type dxdiag into the box and press enter (this will run the directX diagnostic tool)
Select the more help tab then click the button marked override
Change the option in the new box that pops up from default to override value and add a number into the box that is next to it which will will be the forced refresh rate (a good number would be 60 which is what I have mine set to)
OK the changes and exit the directx diagnostic tool
No clue dude.
I’m having problems with it myself now.
Wish I never bought it, since I can’t get it to work, maybe it’s defective?
