Interesting, Private Nurse could easily have it’s h elements removed and still have a fairly coherent game much like Kana. Of course it will never get an American release so you’ll either have to get a modded ps2 or a Jap version to play it.

Nope. In fact, the h-scenes are IMHO rather the weak spot of this game (getting similarly repititive and don't help advancing the story at all, just as in "The Maids Story").

There’s already With you: Mitsumete itai for Wonderswan, Kiss Yori also for the Wonderswan. Then there’s Pocket Love IF, Memories Off Pure, Infinity Cure for the Neo Geo Pocket Color. Lots more Bishoujo games than you think on the portable.
