Question about Tokimeki checkin!

Hello everyone. I’m pretty new to the B-Game scene, and I am very glad I found this little niche of games. I’ve played Tokimeki Checkin!, seasons of the sakura, critical point, three sisters story, true love, and runaway city so far, and enjoyed most of my time playing them. Anyway, onto the questions.

Excuse me if this is common knowledge, but I believe I am probably as dense as Takayuki, but I have wondered what the translated lyrics for the ending theme are, or where to find them. And also, in the ending with Makoto, right before you hit the H-scene, exactly what in the heck is she talking about? she mentions takayuki being sly, and if she doesn’t do something, he’ll never be able to do anything? Was this a mistranslation, or did I just miss something? Thanks for any answers I get

And just for the record, everytime I play through for Makoto I always get so choked up during the jeep scene where she admits she loves you, and right before and after the H-scene, when they’re being all sappy. I’m such a sap. Oh well, awesome game! Thanks again.

Ah yes, Crescendo is probably the game I’ll get next. It’s looked like a really good game from all I’ve read about it. I certainly am looking forward to getting it!

Yup cresendo is an awesome game with a good story line as is not nearly as depressing as kana so go get it now

Pick up Brave Soul if you like RPGs. It’s a very awesome game, and has the best gameplay of any Translated Bgame hands down.

Welcome to the peapri board, Billybob. Since you say you’re new to bishoujo games and you like the storylines, I want to ask you a few questions. How did you find out about these games? Are you an anime fan? These games are typically marketed as pornography. Do you think that’s a misrepresentation?

I found out about these games on the GameFAQ’s message board.

I don’t typically watch anime, but if I happen to find a certain show that appeals to me I’d gladly watch it.

I don’t really believe these games are pornography. They do not star any actual people, all characters are fictitious. At least that’s what I’ve been lead to believe. That’s the deciding factor, but of course there are small things that are different throughout each game that seperate them from pornography. But, some games make this genre look really bad. Water Closet, for example. I think the genre could live without another one of those. Anyway, I appreciate these games as a story, and art, I love the characters in them, even the stereotypical ones. It’s just fun to see how your choices can affect other people. Sorry that was a bit long winded.

It is also the only Bishoujo rpg out right now in English you can purchase without going to Ebay.
