Oh, anything for you, Goddess . Thank you, and everyone else too, of course (especially those who praised me) *shakes hands with everyone*

Hmm... lemon-tamer... Nice title! Now, I just need to work on my spelling, then I can be the perfect lemon-tamer! (in the service of Our Goddess, of course )

Don't mind your spelling that much!
At least, anyone can understand you, even if we sometimes make fun of it (and that is also a benefit of it).
* thinks of the intentionally-bad-english of TH and shudders *

Um, well, I don't mind if you make fun of my bad spelling, as long as you don't overdo it .

Now for my next act [i]I will stick my little finger in the mouth of this lemon.[i]

How about "For she's a pretty great goddess..." instead?

So are we just gonna assassinate the guy or torture him for a bit?

Not that I am strictly against violence, but this guy has already lost more than he realized by dropping our beloved goddess. So how about just waiting until he does and then mock him and let him live with his loss for as long as possible?

i am sure he will realize his mistake eventually, but for now i really don’t think so…he’s kind of off in la-la land where the perfect perfect girlfriend exists…once he discovers that a perfect girlfriend doesn’t exist and there will be things you don’t like about EVERYONE, maybe then he’ll join reality and realize what he gave up

as for animal crossing time, dear one, animal crossing is the kind of game you play for twenty minutes or a half hour a few times a day…i love the game sooooo much, but if i stay in it for longer than 30 minutes, i get really bored…remember, the game runs in real-time, and i don’t want to run around doing nothing while i am waiting for my mail to arrive or for fruit to grow back on the trees

but i got my first home upgrade this morning and i bought a couch to celebrate!

Ooo, can we also draw funny pictures on his face and make up nursery rhymes about him as well? That might make me let him live longer. Sorry, but my natural reaction to things is to eliminate something. (Makes me wonder, was there an incident with a goat when I was a child? It would explain a few things...)

And technically, TH is using internet shorthand more than bad english. Which is appropriate for on-line games but isn't really necessary on a BBS, and it causes trouble for some of the non-native English speakers here. If I recall, someone even brought up the point with him once but it's up to him to decide how he wants to post here.

Hmm, bought a couch to celebrate? Sounds so odd, yet so appropriate. Or maybe I shouldn't have taken all those asprin this morning...

Er, Woodelf-san, you do know you're walking around with a lemon on your finger right?

I don't know. I think he gave up the perfect girlfriend.

(Mono tone voice)

Indeed..., Ladyphoenix-san... None of us shall ever be perfect as beings upon this planet of ours... After all... shouldn't you have refer to yourself as a woman and not as a girl...

I guess… I may not perfect guy… sweat Heh…that’s okay… you’re great woman… not perfect woman… right? Also we are far greatest guys than perfect guys…

You are a wonderful woman, goddess, and friend. Your flaws and faults help to define who you are. I will accept that you aren't perfect. None of us are. I don't see how that affects being a perfect girlfriend though.

Ack! To be bitten by a Vampire Lemom means that you will thirst for the juice of lemons! The only way to cure it (temporaily) is to eat a liche-apple (and survive eating it, of course)! *hey, let go of him alreday! There's no more sour juices to draw out of him!*

That I do approve of, since that's the worst kind of punshiment there is.

I think, that counts as mocking at a higher level, so: Yes, of cause.

I understand. But even if the death-penalty is terminal, it is sometimes not the severest (and thus suitable) kind of punishment...

Melodies of Life
(The song from Madain Sari in FF IX)

Music: Nobuo Uematsu
Lyrics: Ciomi
Vocal: Emiko Shiratori
Translation: Kako Someya & Alexander O. Smith

Alone for a while, I’ve been searching through the dark,
For traces of the love you left, inside my heart.
To weave, by picking up the pieces that remain,
Melodies of life - love’s lost refrain.

Our paths they did cross, though I cannot say just why.
We met, we laughed, we held on fast, and then we said goodbye.
And who’ll hear the echoes of stories never told?
Let them ring out loud, till they unfold.

In my dearest memories, I see you reaching out to me.
Though you’re gone, I still believe that you can call out my name.

A voice from the past, joining yours and mine,
Adding up the layers of harmony.
And so it goes on and on.
Melodies of life,
To the sky beyond the flying birds - forever and beyond.

So far and away, see the bird as it flies by,
Gliding through the shadows of the clouds up in the sky.
I’ve laid my memories and dreams up on those wings.
Leave them now and see what tomorrow brings.

In your dearest memories, do you remember loving me?
Was it fate that brought us close and now leaves me behind?

A voice from the past, joining yours and mine,
Adding up the layers of harmony.
And so it goes on and on.
Melodies of life,
To the sky beyond the flying birds - forever and on.

If I should leave this lonely world behind,
Your voice will still remember our melody.
Now, I know we’ll carry on.
Melodies of life,
Come circle round and grow deep in our hearts,
as long as we remeber.
