Hi woops, welcome to the forums! I took a look at the “parm” image you’re asking about and it doesn’t ring a bell… if you have similar questions in the future we’d appreciate it if you upload the images elsewhere and not link to pirate game sites. Thanks, and enjoy your stay!

I went ahead and uploaded the “parm” image, so hopefully someone else can help you:

No answer for the game exact name !
Sorry for the pirate original post and thanks for upload.
Hope someone have informations… in my opinion it was possibly the original "immoral sisters " game published by csware but i don t arrive to find a link in the official web site.

I have to agree. This looks like the original “Immoral Sisters” game. The characters certainly look like the characters from the Anime… so it must be so.

I have finally find the game.
Second "immoral sisters " title published by elf in 2002 (sequel /remake of an old dos game) and actually distributed by yellowpig .
But how to by and play that? on yellowpig website i have download a otto_try.exe file of 160mo i don t now if it was a demo or the complete game but in first view impossible to use with my win98 (not japanese language support) and no dvd player.
If someone understand how to use this file and have instructions it s help a lot.
thanks

Congrats on finding the game!

“otto_try.exe” on the Yellowpig website is a demo for the recent Yellowpig release “Otto no Mae de Okasarete”, it has nothing to do with Ai Shimai. The Yellowpig version of the game you’ve linked is the DVD-PG version, not the PC version; the original PC version was produced by Elf sister brand Silkys.

To play the game your best bet is probably to use a proxy service and purchase it from Elf’s official online store, where it seems to be available:

Wow… it seems the original game was produced in 1994, according to Erogamescape. The one for sale is the remake that was produced in 2000.

Edit: the official page for the remake is here:

http://www.elf-game.co.jp/net_shop/soft/special/aisimai/aisimai_inner.html

and it seems a dowload version of the game is available for sale here:
