Shrine Maidens! Shrine Maidens!

Hehe My dirty side wants one to play with thats why i want a Miko

Thomas, will this do?

Hey thats one nice action figure!!
Well if i can’t get the real thing (and i don’t think i can get my greedy little hands on that) that will do just nice for me.
Oh did’t look at the price first time.
400.000 yen man thats one pricey doll, thats like one BIG heap of money.

Yeah, it’s by Paper Moon. I’m not really sure who buys that stuff, with Japanese houses being so small and everything. Must only be for the richest of the rich. They make life size anime characters. Most of them look really good. I like their “Sakura” and “Chii” dolls. It would be sweet to have one. Talk about something that nobody around you would have ever seen before!

Speaking of life sized dolls look at this doll she’s amazingly well done!!

Also I would like to point out that the reason why all the new viruses affect xp and not 98 is because virus writers are specifically targetting the OS that has the most users.

Yes. Which is why it's a good idea to stay away from it. Following the crowd is not always a good idea. Especially since most people are stupid...

Only had one virus on my Windows 95 system. "Ripper". And that was because of having used IE to search for MP3 stuff, which was done by my siblings. Damned illegal idiots.

Any non-Japanese person who plays bishoujo games is surely not following the crowd. I can see why Benoit likes old versions of windows, and that’s because he’s a minimalist. Mimimum imput, minimum output, minimum hassle, minimum cost. If the minimum setup suits all of your needs, say, playing English bishoujo games and surfing the web, don’t bother to upgrade. I can see how XP would only be a pain to someone like Benoit. For me, I have a DSL connection and I use it a lot for fansubs. I get a lot of use out of a larger hard drive. I don’t just play English bishoujo games, but also Japanese bishoujo games as well as other kinds of games. I do a lot of typing in Japanese. For me, XP is the way to go. XP is a lot more useful than 98, but only if you need those extra uses. If someone had no need for XP but upgraded it just because it’s “new” then that would be following the crowd. But in general people get XP because it does things that can’t be done with the older OS. As Lamuness said, he had compatibility problems. So you really can’t bash anyone for using on OS over another unless you know what they are using their PC for.
As for the dolls, I wouldn’t want a big sex doll in my room. That would just be scary. The dolls that Paper Moon sells are not sex dolls and they are meant to be displayed with their clothes on.

No me neither.
Just fund that when i did a Google search

My words precisely. I have WinXP and i like it, because it suits my needs. I too play english and japanese bishoujo games, and i play lots of others (non-bishoujo) games too. I watch lots of fansubtitled animes and DVDs in my computer too, so WinXP is the best choice to me.

The same does to Speed. Nowadays, everybody want to have the best, more modern and fast machine, but i think that’s a waste. If a PC with 500 or 1000 Mhz suits your needs, and it has the minimum requeriments to play any game you have or want to buy, why to bother making an upgrade to 4000 or 5000 Mhz?

Oh, and by the way, you don’t need to have ONLY Win98 or ONLY WinXP in your machine. If you have an aditional HD or a big one with two or more partitions, you can use an OS Manager to have two or more OSs instaled in your PC.

As for the Sex Dolls, if you ask me, they looks like the corpses of dead girls. I’m sorry but i’m not into necrophilia. (^^’)

I don’t like XP for a few reasons.

One, I have some software I know won’t run on it.

Two, I dislike the UI changes I’m familiar with (haven’t used it a whole lot so I’m not all THAT knowledgeable but I don’t like what I am familiar with).

Three, I like my soul, thankyouverymuch. You’ll never get me to “sign” that “end user license agreement”, which contains (among other things they like to pretend you agree to) “you shall not benchmark this software” and “you give us the right to modify anything on your machine, and to install anything we see fit, at any time for any reason with no notice whatsoever.”

Four, product activation can suck it.

You sort of have a point there, but personally, I couldn’t care less. It’s my computer, not my life. I don’t think that Microsoft is going to put things into my comptuer that will screw it up.
As for the Dual OS idea, that would be great if I had a huge hard drive. I only have 80 GB. I use a laptop, and I couldn’t get any more memory that than on this model. It’s pretty good though. If I had a favorite game that was made just for Win 98, and I couldn’t live without playing it, I would first try to get it to run on XP. A dual OS would be my last choice, but it’s a good one if there is no other way around a certain compatibilty problem.

If they did, people would stop buying many MS products...they might not go to linux or anything, but they might just not upgrade (as MS has a policy of stopping to support versions after 5 years).
