No, Kango has no voice acting. It has one phrase (the name of the game) repeated over and over, but nothing really substantial.

It has not. Of the four G-Collections games, only Chain has voice-acting.
The only voices in Kango are the title-song and the conclusion "Kango Shicyauzo" at the end of the intermission between the chapters of the story.
