Spring Cleaning

True Love is up to $165 so far! (Give or take a few cents.)

That game had better be the best title out there, I’d say.

As Bishoujo games and simulation RPGs goes, it’s pretty smegging good, most people on this forum can probably attest.

Not the best title but like Bokmeow-san says, it's pretty good. (Well, he says "smegging" which reminds me too much of "smegma" to use.) It's also very difficult to get your hands on an original copy of the English version, so I'm not surprised that the amount has gone so high. And considering that people are always talking about newer titles that are even better than True Love, it's easy to see why we get excited or anxious to see those titles translated. My vote goes to either Nandemonai, Unicorn or Beholder!

I think, that was a crushing remark for ksarchet-san and even more for ekylo-san. He was obviously fishing for compliments...

Nah, it's just one of the few SIMs there is at the english market. But if it's up in THAT much money so far, that might prove what I and others have said before: for the english market, Simulations works best and are for the most part what the big audience are looking for. But there is more proof needed before they decide to follow that lead, I fear...

Okay. So my vote goes for the Beholder who's wearing spectacles and is watching.

Don't ask. You'll be happier if you don't.

Nah I'm okay with it. I'm just happy to be insane at all, I don't need to be the most insane. Just thought it'd be very telling to see what people thoughts were on the subject.

Calm down. Have a lemon. (Or two. Lord knows there're lots to spare.) You don't want to pass out before your Evil Plan(TM) comes to fruition, do you?

I have to object:
That's (literally) manipulating the jury!

Hmm, you know after searching through the Ebay listings, I think it’s mainly forcing people to get a little more careful in what they say and what they don’t say. Sophistry really. I notice how one guy keeps saying that the games he’s selling are the legal Japanese version of the game, but not that the copies he’s selling are legal. I mean, don’t you get suspicious if he says that the games come on unlabelled CDs? What game manufacturing doesn’t label their CDs? Sorry, I seem particularly irritible about it this morning for some reason…

I agree, they all look somewhat suspicious. Some seller loudly proclaimed 'eBay I don't violate any of your listing rules', says it's a Japanses original, and yet it says 'will ship unlabelled CDs in an envelope padded with cardboard. Yeah, relaly legit. But, on the other hand, there are more legal auctions nowadays, I have noticed, compared to the deluge of garbage. The searches used to yield like 300+, but then it's true that some of them were all from the same seller.

I guess. I havn't been keeping track of the games in the past couple months so I can't tell if there's been that much improvement or not. Oh well, we'll see what happens when I put my extra copy of Snow Drop up.
