It’d probably be one of two things: either the game doesn’t bleep out the words (unlikely in this case), or the game avoids using any ‘vulgar’ terms. Mashiroiro Symphony for example takes the latter approach and avoids those words in the voices (although in the text, clitoris is written as ???, when it’s more common to see it without the censorship).
Incidentally, for dl/doujin eroges, it’s quite common for them to advertise fully uncensored text/voices as a feature.
An alternative to bleeping that I heard was literally muting the circled part of the word in the voice.
Let’s Meow Meow also bleeps.
