I have got to say this again, Peach Princess should invest in a little Chat Room Java Applet, because seeing threads like ‘Refresh my Memory, Lamuness’ with 1000+ posts only seems to convey the impression that the BBS is filled with lurkers and trolls, and ‘Waiting on XC2’ that’s still there to be a painful reminder of the yet unreleased numerous Peach Princess titles.
peach princess finally gave us a update, and to no suprise, its about G-Collections newest game Do you like horny bunnies?.
and of course they gave us the regular *We are hard at work at XC2, BS, and LMM. again, PP is not telling us anything, for the last 3 months, thats all we’ve been getting from them. The last update we got about the games said XC2 was being preped for release, that was over a month ago. Now they are saying they are hard at work on it, what the hell is going on?. can’t they give us more info than that, or do they want us to just wait months and months without knowing when we are expecting any of the games. Even if they are having difficulties, they should at least inform us so we know whats up.
I don’t know what they are thinking saying thank you for your patience, in 2-3 years, i think most people’s patience is gone, or wearing a bit thin right now.
personally, i think they should take off all the games thats up for Pre-Order untill they are going to release them soon.
Crimson makes a good point about peoples patience wearing thin, I know mine has.
I am also concerned about PP’s cash flow. Staff shrinkages, office relocations, and product delays are not signs of a healthy company.
I try to keep PP and their sister sites healthy by ordering G-Collections games off of them, but this revenue stream has to be limited. I am truly concerned that X-2, LMM, and BS may not make it to market, and PP runs out of money and time.

They wouldn't have to worry if they just got the games out as promised, instead they make all of us wait, and come out with cheap-shot "Are you into smut?" games. yes, my patience is wearing thin. If need be, I'll by my own Kanji translator, and translate XC2 myself.

I’m not trying to start a witchhunt here, Bokmeow, I’m just frustrated in the delays in bringing LMM and XC-2 to market, and I need to vent. In fact I would encourage everyone to purchase any other company’s games through PP, if it will help keep PP afloat.

Good point, but normaly, companies set up games for pre-order when it is in it's final testing stages, which is usually about 6-4 months before the game is done and released.

Well, if you didn't start it, it was almost guaranteed that someone would. I do agree they need some damage control, but almost anything they do short of actually getting a game out is probably still going to cause complaints. (And even if they did get something out, you can bet someone will complain "why did (insert game title) come out instead of (insert game title)?" )
With what they have as is, they need more than damage control, they need FEMA
All I can say is for them to hurry up, or give those who want it a translation. I even emailed, asking if it would help, I could test it. (I’ve the Japanese version). No response.
While I’m thinking about it I love the UBB bit that says “If you have previously registered, but forgotten your password, click here.” Well I’ve compeltely forgotten my username & password since I only seem to come on here when I’m actually playing a Peach Princess game & it’s been awhile now…
The last was Snow Drop, of which I liked the music… But not much else, it dragged & I never could seem to unlock everything…
At the same time I pre-ordered XC2 & LMM figuring they were a ‘by the end of the year’ thing, since nearly 12 months was the lag from my first pre-order… That was 06/27/2002 when they decided that XC2 was important again (I’m looking for my username & password still so I can find exact dates)…
Which was Critical Point (which I liked). I ordered it at the same time I ordered my copy of XC1 in 12/11/2001. I enjoyed XC1 because it was a simple diversion from my normal games… & the fact that it had some very nice artwork, even if I wished it had more artwork… My thing was that even for a simple diversion it was very very short, & didn’t really seem to be as complete in covering the concept of being turned into a girl/woman for a short period of time… The concept is an interesting one & I hope I eventually see XC2 to see if my few complaints are fixed in it…
But I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever see XC2 as the release of Critical Point went much better… I was expecting a actual release date by now since they have stated for a few months that it is in ‘final testing’… Maybe it’s just those three years I spent as a programmer, but ‘final testing’ meant that any major bugs were gone, the program worked, & the finishing touches were being done when I was writing code… & in fact I still have a email stating when Critical Point was at the same stage as XC2 is supposed to be, but it was already being given a release date then… But XC2 has no release date… In fact no currently in progress project of PeachPrincesses does… At least not that I’ve seen of late…
Sigh… I would just like a new game & I don’t want to buy more when I have two titles in Limbo with no dates as to when I may owe them more money… I’d love to have even a guess as to the release date these days…

Oh & by the way not to sound weird or anything but I’m not turned off by that UC (Used Condom) game concept… Though maybe that’s my small Bukkake girl fetish (you know liking to see a girl covered in… well you know)… But I’d rather have XC2…

As always, i agree with the fact that PP is not giving us any REAL updates on the games, i whoever says to be patient then to heck with them, maybe the one’s that saying we should be patient are not even buying the games.
Well like i’ve been saying PP should stop acting like Jerks and give us a UPDATE on the games, or are they waiting for G-Collections to release a new game so they can put it as a update?. I think G-Collections is the reason why they are on their feet right now.
