I’m hoping that someone can shed some light on this game for me. The original graphic had mosaics in the genital area, so I’m assuming it’s not an English-translated game. (I cropped and edited this smaller version of the graphic.)
(That’s assuming that this CG is from a game at all, of course. It may just be fanart, for all I know.)

Must admit I wasn’t expecting it to come from a dark game, though, since the mood of the graphic is quite tender and romantic. How strange.
Hmm, so the girl in that graphic must be Yamiko. There did seem to be something of an oneechan vibe to the graphic (she looks so loving and he looks uncertain). I think that’s what drew me to the graphic in the first place.
Aoi and Akane look cute to me, too. =)

The protagonist gets three new sisters and starts living alone with them for an entire year. Typical imouto stuff, although the title is more idiotic than usual (Mune kyun! Heart de koi shiteru -Oniichan motto daisuki-).
