I loved these games from C’s Ware Adam the double factor, D,divi dead. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe Adam the double factor was the only one in the series with hentsi in it?! To bad they stopped translating those games. I also played bible black, discipline, I wanted to know if there are any ones coming from pp that are dark mystery or detective styles that I should look out for?
Then try “Chain”.
i liked that one. guess i forgot to put it up of what i played…also there was critical point and i dont want soldier wars due to cant stand tentacles in my games and im really starting to hate games where theres more sex then story since the way i look at those anymore u play one u kind a played them all since they dont have a story if i wanted that id get a porn video not a game. yes we have different titles coming out from, peachprincess however they all seem to focus on one theme boy gets somehow stranded with either someone else’s family, business, or relative or school and loads of girls there to choose from. thats why i want to learn to read/write and speak japanese
then i wont be so limited in what i play. cause if u look on the web u certainly can find a lot of horror pc games. one place i love to look is himeya but theres some that dont have descriptions so i dont know if they would be good…cant tell if u like something from pictures. i loved c’s ware games like adam the double factor though…to bad they dont translate anymore…
The ‘Phantom’ games by Nitroplus (Phantom of Inferno and Phantom INTEGRATION) are great crime/detective/mystery eroges. Unfortunately, only one of them is translated (Inferno) and apparently the H scenes have all been removed.
In no particular order: Ever 17. Tokimeki Checkin! (not really a yarugee, but not a real serious plot either). Nocturnal Illusion (available in the Milky House memorial pack; yes, it’s ancient, no, you shouldn’t care). Crescendo. Figures of Happiness. Kana. Brave Soul. Princess Waltz (upcoming). Family Project (upcoming).
I think i agree ^.^
Critical Point. It’s dark, it’s mystery, and well, Leiji is not really a detective, but it’s the type of work he’s doing.

I can be wrong, but i believe the following games from the EVE Series have versions with and without erotic content:
*EVE – The Lost One
*Adam - The Double Factor
*EVE – The Fatal Atraction
*EVE Zero – Ark of the Matter
*EVE (renewed version for EBE with erotic content)
Unfortunately, no one else was translated and CS’Ware went bankrupt. So it seems the EVE series was lost forever, but in a light of hope, the eroge maker TYRELL-LAB came and started to release new EVE games:
*EVE - New Generation X
*EVE - Mahjong (release in Aug/2008)
EVE Mahjong is not really a sequel, but a Mahjong game featuring the characters from the EVE series. So no detective story in this one. :heh:
I also played bible black, discipline, I wanted to know if there are any ones coming from pp that are dark mystery or detective styles that I should look out for?
I hope so, because i like mistery detective games too. But if you are willing to try some in japanese, check INNOCENT GREY games like Karanoshojo and Pianissimo or Shin Mikagura Tanteidan from ELF.
You can wait PP to translate BULLET BUTLERS too, because it seems to be a dark mistery ADV. BIFRONTE looks to be about dark mistery, too.

They’re still around. The C’s Ware label isn’t used anymore, but the company is very much alive with the Himeya Soft online store and the newer Caramel Box (Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru) brand.
I think the lack of localization has more to do with Himeya’s lack of confidence in the English-speaking market. After all, they withdrew from the business after only a couple years.
the eroge maker TYRELL-LAB came and started to release new EVE games:
Yes, Tyrell Lab = F&C, whom Himeya sub-licensed the EVE property to.
