LOL my roommate is mormon and they’ve tried to make me get baptized twice and I told them I thought it was a joke, after they explained to me about their religion. I mean seriously some of the stuff they believe just is absolutely insane and makes no sense plus they’re racist in my opinion. Oh and my roommate gets called gay cause he doesn’t want to get married so they other members of his church call him gay (as a joke they say). Anyways I don’t understand how anyone can believe something that outlandish.

Well…this is about the only forum which has the correct title for what has transpired.
Finally got power back after a week here due to the icestorm which basically stopped everything.
Several deaths, burned houses, lots of fun. Most people, myself included, had to spend much of their Christmas money getting generators and supplies to keep houses going.
Still…good to be back after one hard, challenging, and cold week and a half.
Mirk, glad you are doing better! I’ve been through a few ice storms. The charm of everything covered in that “pretty” ice layer wears thin very quickly.
