Ya know, I’ve sorta wondered the same thing myself. They did Namco x Capcom with… err… Capcom, but it wasn’t a fighting game. Instead they did a crossover with Tekken. IMHO, I think Namco Bandai didn’t do a manga fighting crossover, because Capcom did that with Takara Tomy (Tatsunoko vs. Capcom), who is an old rival of Namco Bandai. Or maybe it was Capcom who didn’t want to get Takara Tomy angry and make a better game with Namco Bandai, than they did with them.
Then again, it’s not like Namco Bandai needs Capcom to make fighting games… so it’s probably just more of Namco Bandai’s weird off-and-on stupidity showing again.
Hmm… they should make an Idolmaster fighting game.
EDIT
Now that I really think about it. When you look at ALL the IP’s that Namco Bandai owns or has merchandising rights to… it’s a LOT of iconic or mega popular series. Freak’in insane.
No real details about the lawsuit are out there. I’ve been wondering… how can you sue an entire corporation for what a minimum wage cog did at one of their third party franchise buildings? Since the first coffee lawsuit, McD updated all their “Standard Operating Procedures” for how coffee was dealt with. If someone screwed up the new rules, then it’s that McD worker’s fault, not the entire corporation.
It’s like blaming the entire United States for one crazy American’s action…
If he’s joking or not, it’s a dumb ass comment. How many times have the common masses rose up and killed the rich? It happens so much, you probably can’t even make real count. We call that form of government a plutocracy… they aren’t very popular.
Also, I don’t consider myself religious by any means, but the Bible tells the rich to watch their ass THREE TIMES to just make sure the message is gotten across:
Mark 10:25
Luke 10:25
Matthew 19:24
You know… that old camel and needle quote.
So yea… history and religion says that would be a dumb idea Mr. Perkins. Especially since the military is comprised of people who aren’t rich. If you’re gonna start a class war, make sure your side isn’t outnumbered 250,000 to 1.
That’s interesting.
Maybe that’s why Kuchisake is so keen on sacrificing the Tanuki sibs to her god, Uzumaki. She’s planning on building…Hell on Earth!
Doesn’t this business have precedents in many cultures? You know, anointing a bridge or the cornerstone of a new church with the blood of the innocent to make it stronger?
