Interestingly, Himeya just sent me my preorder of Tears to Tiara PSP which I preordered a week or two prior to the sudden close down (hope I can find a trustworthy site to preorder the next Umineko and the fighting game). Since they cancelled my preorder or Mahoutsukai Yoru, I was expecting that to be cancelled too but apparently it wasn’t. Luck on my part?

(I admit that I haven’t imported any titles in a while from either site. It was tough to justify spending so much on PC software from a few years ago, even though some of the items are rare. Most of my niche purchases lately have been through indie game services, such as Winter Wolves. …So, after thinking about this, I took the opportunity to purchase the worksafe visual novel Remember11 from J-List. It was relatively inexpensive.)

I have to admit I have curtailed my spending and wait till prices drops on palet or someplace else unless its something I know will run out and I REALLY want.

Looks like the shipping ban was lifted today … I’d guess the import shops will reopen fairly soon.
