I’ve seen many listings on eBay for Visual Novels even those with adult content.
There’s a particular spot in eBay you’re supposed to sell games with adult content, though it takes quite a few clicks to get there. Go to the “Site Map” at the bottom of the main page. From there, go to the “Everything Else” heading and the “Adult” subcategory. From there, adult video games are a further subcategory. However, I will add that Makina is totally right – lots of times people get away with selling hentai/bishoujo games in regular eBay, too, especially if the cover art is relatively innocent.
If you are from Germany, platforms like Filmundo or Xjuggler allow you to sell adults-only items officially.
