Of all the games that i played as yet…
my favorite character is Remi Himewaka of Otaku’s True Love cuzz she’s the cutest and kawaiiest (that word exists?) character ever made…
the CGI’s simply perfet… the whole design is one of the best characters ever made…
and her situation in the game is very interesting cuzz at the end of the game’s a problem related with her and Mikae Morikawa… so you can only get one ending… which you chose first?

Remi…hah…She is no match against the kawaii-ness of Mary Gloria…Besides, Mary can talk with her cute voice…while Remi can’t…what’s Remi going to say about that…harharharharhar…Moreover, Mary is a bigger genuis than your Remi…@@…o_O…ok…Mary is a retard…but…but…that does not count…you hear me…
Just joking, Sandalphon…v ^^…I have not visited this site lately…so I am quite agitated right now.
Anyway, Remi is my favorite character in True love…but I do not find her kawaii…instead I view her…simply as the most beautiful girl in Tue love…Besides, she is quite serious most of the time…Anyway, I dumped Mikae several times, just so I could get Remi-chan…errr…ok…Mikae dumped me…T_T…sniff…and Mikae is my second…arghhh…the world is so cruel…
To tell you the truth…I really do not know who is my favorite…Ruri, Asuka, Hitomi, Natsumi, Aki, Remi, Emi, Risa, Emi…and the list goes on and on…but…as you probably have suspected…Mary is…errr…my favorite girl…that is…in the english bishoujo games…why…well, I guess…bcuz of the fact…that I played Gloria alot of times ( figuring out those endings ) and Mary is mostly the center of attention in that game, so some sentimental attachment binds me to her…
Japanese bishoujo does not count…bcuz I could barely understand anything ( well…I could understant kimochi )…but…in the beauty department…I think Sharon of Words worth is my pick…
Anyway, the personnality and the background of a character is really important to me too…ok…also the appearance…well…I will not date a hag…that’s for sure…Anyway, with a really limited knowledge of Nihongo…I could not make a proper choice…

but… from PeaPri’s games… i think that LMM’s Mayu is the best!

Let’s see who’s my favorite? Probably a tie between Mary Gloria and Tina from Desire. Nothing brings a smile to my face, game wise, than playing one of Tina’s flying tackle clips in the movie section of that game!
Misuzu Kamio from AIR.
She’s a strong child who is pessiMIStic on the inside but remains optiMIStic on the outside just so that people will not get worried over her.She rathers takes all the burdle of her problems for herself rather then weigh other people down with them.
The first impression you get of her when playing AIR for the first time was that she is a strange child.(Which girl on Earth will go up to a male stranger and talks to him like she had known him for a long time ?)
But after playing AIR over for at least one time and replaying it for the 2nd,you’ll find that you actually admire her as there’s a unspeakeable feeling of being touched once you understand how she feels and her reasons behind certain actions.

I’ve been giving this subject a great deal of thought ever since Kumiko-chan began the “Favorite bishoujo element(s)” thread. Many mans and faces crossed my mind. It seems unfair to pick just one. Please bare with me as I go throught the runners-up.
Satoh(X-Change): Satoh is the type of girl that I could have fun with. I have to gigle when I think about all of the trouble we could get into. I wonder if she dring from one of the bottles in X-Change 2. Just as an expreiment.
Mary(Gloria): Brillant, innocent, caring, enthusiastic, and cute; all in one package (YUM). Just thinking about her brings a smile to my face. How can anybody not be cheery when she is around?
Tina(Desire): She reminds me of Mary, except less sheltered and younger.
Charme(Gloria): She tries to be so stong for everybody in the family. Yet, those moments of vulnerability make me so protective of her.
Finally, my favorite.
Miki(Divi-Dead): Like Charme she puts on a strong front. My reactions to those moments of vulnerability are even stronger. Everytime I see a look of hurt on her face I want to wrap her in my arms and growl at anything that looks at her wrong. Miki, most not cry. I must protect Miki.
I would have said Mochida Mahoko of Kakyuusei, Kobayakawa Mizuho of Dousoukai, Sakurako of Doukyuusei 2 and Yae Kaori of Tokimeki Memorial 2, but I haven’t played the games yet (watched the anime on the first three cases; have the game, but haven’t had a chance to play it yet, in the later)
Now, of the games I have played, I think it is still somewhat hard for me to choose one, as I don’t think I have played that many games to make such a selection. Anyway, a list of characters would be:
The Mistress of Nocturnal Illusion
The MKR trio of Season of the Sakura
Mayumi of True Love (IMO, she is a way too diferent character compared to the rest of True Love cast)
Slayers-san: I think it is unfair to choose just ONE character!

Hmmm… I’d have to say Kumiko-chan. (slowly inches away from Kumiko’s “sure you would” stare.)
Okay, okay (puts hands up defensively to keep Kumiko from throwing a pot at him) just pick one… I’d have to say Miho from the Kakyusei game. She’s such an awesome freind, and she’s sooooo pretty! I love how she dressess, and her green hair. If I had to pick just one… it’d have to be her.
But if I could pick a top 10 maybe… well… maybe top 25

For me, Misato & Sakurako from Doukyuusei 2 (Nanpa 2). I wonder when Doukyuusei 3 is ever going to come out… Bleh ^.^ Also Akari, Serika & Aoi from ToHeart… And only Motoko from Love Hina.

Anyway, the real story is that… well… ah… er… um, it’s… ah… you see my “H” key doesn’t work terribly well… yeah, that’s it. The “H” is broken on my keyboard. And I’ve tried everything to fix it… but… ah… you see the “H” keeps… ah… well… oh yeah, it keeps thinking it’s a “K”. Yeah, that’s right. The “H” is all wiggy in the head, and think’s it’s a “K”.
Still, I do owe, Miho a most sincere appolgy.
Miho-Sama, I, the most foolish Michael Thomas, do humbly beg for you most unworthy forgiveness. I have shamed you and your family by my bad keyboard not being able to correctly type an “H”. Do please forgive this most wretched boy for such an unforgivable offense… and, while your at it, tell Kumiko to quit kicking me in the shins. I don’t play soccer anymore.
Guess that’s what I get for naming my PC “Pandemonium”.

You’re from Ohio? Wow! Small world. Anyway, I missed out on all the fun “mistake on the lake stuff”… I grew up near Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant in Pennsylvania… but that’s not what you asked.
In the end, I received about 88% of the total pics… but it’s been a while so I might have gotten 90%… I don’t think I did… but I might have.

While I still prefer Miki (Divi-Dead), Kyoka(Snow Drop) has won a place in my heart. Another princess needing to be rescued from the depths of her own heart. Must Rescue The Princess
It is very difficult to recognise that Keika and Honami-chan are in a dungeon. I don’t want to think about Keika’s dungeon. It is too much like my own. I would like to pretend that she gets to enjoy the ending at least a little bit. Honoami-chan usually appears to be more free than Minoru. Now that her dungeon is visible, everybody is going to try to rescue her.
Shizuka-chan is similar, in that everybody will want to rescue her. Minoru actually being the key to the prison would make things interesting.
As for Kasumi, as I’ve stated elsewhere, we end day one with TWO princesses to be rescue.
Kyoka though attracts most of my attention.

After playing quite a few games actually, it is hard to come up with my exact favorite. I consider Desire more of a movie story than a game but Tina was a great character and I do believe that I have seen her only mentioned once . The same goes for Puddin in Eve Burst Error .
GLORIA is still one of my favorite games because the characters and gameplay made for an enjoyable time and Yes MARY is one of my favorites but there were others too lest we forget and I scored 99% after a LONG hard time of playing, though I am not sure what picture I am missing…lol I also have to agree that Shizuka from peapri ranks up there with my favorite charactors too, such choices uh?
Others on this list have been lucky to play some of the better japanese games too so they have had a greater variety to play and look at but there will always be those hard choices. It’s a tough job BUT somebody has to do it…

I would have to say Mary form Gloria for the following reasons:
- She’s really cute.
- She has a lovely voice.
- She’s so vibrant and energetic.
- I like her childish and innocent personality.
Saki Nijino (Tokimeki Memorial), the ultimate cheerleader, I suppose ; Kaori Yae (Tokimeki Memorial 2), girl with few words, but strong in character.
Multi from To Heart. How could I miss this one. , Ayu Tsukimiya (Kanon).
Amongst others…(^^; As someone would say: “Mou, uwaki desu no!”
Well… E-san does have a point. Mary is pretty darn cool too.
