I think there's no point using the line for SB2 before it even got released in Japan, is it?

. By the time SB becomes available here and the picket line free to do anything else, Ruf has probably alreday released SB 2 and about 2-3 games already :3. Don't you think that it would be good to move the picket line to SB 2 by then? :3.

Additionally, Witches of Salem is set 80 years later in the same world as Slave Bazaar, so one character from Slave Bazaar will make an appearance.

I can only think of one person. Interesting, since she IS a real magic user.

I did tell you that I heard about a Slave Bazaar 2 before, didn't I? . Still, this rumor seems be confirmed now, and we know that Ruf is now woeking on a Slave Bazaar 2 :3.

Still, now when we know a little more about Witches of Salem, it seems like a more interesting game than we first throught that it was .

You probably did, but I was out of it for like the first couple of months after I got my job (it was a bigger adjustment than I would've expected).

As for Witches of Salem, yes that does sound interesting. Very interesting.

No, I'm thinking we're probably going to have to use the Jedi mind trick on that one.

...I suppose I could expend the effort to go get the development team's souls to offer them an additional...incentive...

Witches of Salem release date: June 26, 2003. Start your preorders…if you can.

Witches of Salem new release date: August 8, 2003.

Apparently, delays also happen in japanese original releases.

Ah-ah-ah!!!
Two names: "SNOW" and "LOVERS"!!!

Yes, the game looks nice. I saw it when I was in Nagoya last week. In the Water Closet building…

The game’s core text files are 3 megs!!!

So you are going to bring it over for us right Peter

Noone denies you the right to dream of it, at least.

There is a huge pile of nice games in store at Will and CROWD that deserve a localization, so guess when it's Witches of Salem's turn...

In a hundred years, at least XD.

Just for the ones that recall this discussion:
Himeya now offers Will’s Witches of Salem at US$ 82,-

However, I am a bit reluctant to order it right now, after my experiences with Oyaji-Bazaar Renaissance because I suspect the two of them resemble each other…

How do you think about that statement NOW?

Well, as far as I am concerned...
*leaves the picket-line again and this time for good*

. Well Slave Bazaar 2 might be quite different from Slave Bazaar - R, and have less oyajis... So might Witches of Salem, (but to be honest, I'm not very interested in this game..). At least, the WoS character descriptions shows no oyajis. ≈Perhaps Ruf realized their msitake and decided to correct it in WoS...

As for Slave Bazaar - R... as far as I'm concerned, I still don*t think we saw enough of the game to make a fair judgement of it. After all, we did only play through one of the girl*s scenario, but only one fot hem, and it might indeed be that the other girl*s scenarios are more interesting and/or contains less oyajis :3. Of course, I realize that i'm quite opitimistic when I say that.. .

And have you sent a reply yey, or has it disappeared in the cyber-space? :3.

You are indeed, because our beloved ambassador (the most obnoxious oyaji IMHO) is connected to Cassius's main reason for being in Constantinovaal, so he is bound to appear, regardless which of the girls you choose.

I did, and I sent it again about 20 minutes before I made this post.

.......... Well, there's always the fast-forward button, then ^__^. Regardless, I'm still interested in Slave Bazaar - R, althrough I don't think I'll be gettign it anytime soon, but tha tis not because of the oyajis, but rather because that this game really made me feel that my JP skills still lacks much...

I see. Hmm, it hasn*t appeared yet, so I'll have to suspect that it has been dealyed or kidnapped by a stray lemon...

I just sent it a third time, this time with only plain text in the mail's body and the reply attached as a zip-archive as usual.

Now, now, you complain when the girls are too young and now when the guys are too old?

. I don't complaina bout the guys being too old, I complain about there being _too many_ of them! . The same thing goes for the "too young" girls; I don't mind if there's a loli-chara or two in a b-game, but when there's too many of them, then I complain! Nothing yet. Well, if you see no confirmation of that I have received it for today, then send it to my second e-mail instead, if you know the adress to it?
