I’ve finished most of the stuff by myself, but I’m still stuck on figuring out how to get the attack secenario and the second tutor exercise. Any help would be appreciated.

The attacked one sounds like either when you go to have a drink at the bar without Asuka and end up getting drunk, or after you leave the dinner early without partying.
the second tutor scene is simple, complete the first one, and follow Ayano’s path through until you get to where you would follow her to the water but don’t, choose don’t follow and there is your second teaching scene.
This all makes sence as long as you are as far along as you say you are. I give the min info to prevent anyone from getting upset.
Attack scene sounds like the diner if you stay or if you go to the bar with Asuka and you don’t get drunk. Depends on who you’re getting attacked by.
Thanks a bunch, that clears things up a lot. There is a rape scene with Takuya and Asuka recorded after the scene called attack, but I still haven’t found the scene labeled attack. I feel like a fool about the second tutor scene though.
The drugged version of that one is the bad ending. When only Asuka drinks is the one in the park.
Thanks a bunch. Shortly after I posted that I went home and rethought the message over and realized OrcAttack was right, I just wasn’t paying close enough attention to what was typed.
I think that’s the good ending of the Asuka path. Or it could be along the path where you don’t take Asuka with you when you go drinking. Arghgh. Can’t remember.

You have to masturbate after your first shower as a girl, then take the Ayano path.

Start on the Asami path. When you go to work, just stay for the party but don’t drink.

Go down the Kouji path. I can’t remember after you slap him in the face whether you should forgive him or not. Try it both ways. Either way, turn back into a guy at the end.

I choosed “…I should leave her alone” but it can’t and stucked with her sister with 2 man.
And I choosed"This looks interesting… mabe I shold follow her." then "head back home
But it can’t too.
Please give the walktrough
any help will be apreciated

All I did was play through the game til I found the path that got that memory. Then I wrote it down as a bulleted list. First one lost its bullet. 
but the rest turned out ok. Suppose I could add it back in but it isn’t worth it.
