I would try this. Go to http://support.g-collections.com/vmate/login. There you have to enter the code that came with the game. I hope he gave you those codes. Once you enter the code it will take you to a screen that has the downloads. If the games you got are in CD format I believe the code is on the disc. If it was a digital download purchase then it would have been in a email.
