No, actually, this would be an even better reason to stay away from the XC franchise. Think about it; if the girls can escape from the machine, so can Terada-sensei and the rape bus. And it's technically illegal to own grenade launchers in most countries. Ick ick ick.

I don't know about that. Terada-sensei, at least, knows that Takuya is a guy. Doesn't seem to bother him.

Even without the bus scenes, that game was god-awful. It almost ranks up there with WC as pure trash. I'm afraid to touch the rest of the series due to the trauma from the first game.
I found the concept to be pretty cool, I just wish the story would have been better, and that the female version of the protagonist looked like girl Ranma. I’m a HUGE fan of Ranma, it’s the first anime I watched KNOWING it was from Japan.
We’ve looked at the redone X-Change games, and while they look good, there are enough changes in the story to require total reworking of the translations and/or re-translation. We’ve decided it’d be better to work on new titles instead.
