No, I think it’s more that I ended up dropping the ranking of a lot of stuff around it. When I play an eroge and it feels like the best thing ever and I feel like I’ve discovered a hidden masterpiece… then over time I realise it’s actually not quite that good and doesn’t hold up as well in my memories. YU-NO stands up. I’m sorry to say Himawari didn’t, although I still consider it a really great doujin title and it would still be ranked highly.

Hm… not much to really say, plotwise.
It’s a dark eroge released in 1998 IIRC, and like most of it’s kind from the timeframe, didn’t put much thought into a story. Basically you’re this wannabe thug who’s out to drug and enslave young virgins to create a prostitution ring. Of course the girls have some life issues, and you worm your way into gaining their trust by solving them. Each girl has a good end and bad end, which is decided by the player, if he goes along with his original plan to be a heartless jerk ass.
Liked it more for the brutal sex, which for a late 1990’s title, was pretty brutal.
