Here’s a hint: after agreeing to become her replacement as council president, do everything you can to go along with what she wants. She likes it when you play hard to get a couple of times in the first part of the game, but toward the end she wants you to go along with her every whim no matter how stupid or dangerous…

I get her bad ending the first time too. So then I thought, “maybe I have to have sex with Aeka so I can get the contraceptives for use later on so Mizuki won’t get pregnant.”
