Yuri games?

I see the yaoi section on this site but no yuri? Are there any lesbian action games with just females?

Lightning Warrior Raidy, in production, is heavily yuri from what I understand. If you manage to find a copy of it somewhere, Ring Out is females only I believe – but I couldn’t stomach some of the er… other levels it goes to. Other than that I can’t think of any english releases that are females only.

Edit: Whoops! I forgot that some of the Sogna VIPER games are yuri. As for where you could get your hands on those: no idea. Sorry.

That’s all?

When you say you couldn’t stomach…is it because of gore? I couldn’t stomach either…

There seems to be a lack of lesbian action games out there.

Master X, please change your avatar to something of smaller pixel size. i have turned off your avatar at the moment but you can replace it with a more size-appropriate one at any time. than you

Scat porn. And vomit porn if I remember correctly. Basically it’s about someone sold into slavery into a female boxing ring. This is completely from memory, mind you – so I could be off on a couple of points. Definitely not my thing.

Edit: Just remembered that XChange, XChange 2, and Yin Yang all have some decent yuri scenes. I’m not sure if it counts because a)the main character WAS a guy at some point and 2)it’s not strictly females only.

Is it o.k now?

Ring Out is terrible. It’s very old, it was a technically underwhelming game even at the time, and it’s basically 100% rape. I cannot imagine why you would want to play that game now. Even if you ARE desperate for yuri (as am I), and even if you don’t mind rape as much as I do, it’s honestly just not good.

As for why so few yuri games? Nobody in Japan makes yuri games, apparently. Kind of odd, considering the wide variety of games available there, but it is what it is.

It is kinda funny how pornography seems to be heavily cultural. I’d think the appeal of lesbians would be world-wide, but I guess it’s really only big in the US? European stuff is usually quite different as well.

OTOH, one of the first Japanese horror movies I ever watched, Eko Eko Azak (or something like that, Birth of the Wizard) has some pretty explicit lesbian stuff in it. Probably almost NC-17.
