Well with Doushin i noticed a lot of inconsistancies with naming/remakrs depending on the girl.

• papillon, and yes, I am a grammar queen. And a regional spelling bee finalist. Missed the cash prizes by a whisker because I spelled ‘fuchsia’ wrong. And yes, that version is correct. It’s German-derived.

(Has also won some pretty high-up spelling bees). Lost by a whisker myself by misspelling ‘quiche’ , mostly because when I was 10, I had never seen or heard the word before.

I’m geeky enough that I have friends who routinely talk about getting their trimethylxanthine fix, but you lost me at ‘gammaaminobutyric’, I have no idea what that is.

… probably not TOO likely to come up in game translations though. grin I have a character in the visual novel I’m developing who’s suffering from thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura but I’m not planning on putting those words in the game itself because who’d understand it anyway?

Gammaaminobutyric is an acid in the body that relaxes the nerves in the central nervous system. Gammaaminobutyric acid agonists is the technical term for barbituates.

Here are a couple more long words:

god bless you, but you know if there are any doctors out there, they might get a kick out of it, but that isn’t a large enough market to make that for . at least not that I would think

The spelling errors in the games have been quite minimal, almost as they exported the text and ran it through a spellchecker half asleep and took the ahhh!!! and doubble skipped a actual correction. poor people don’t get any sleep … like me
