Why are Makoto and Sekai still alive? AND graduated? He was beheaded and she was cut open…And Kotonoha too, why is she not insane?
- Not every ending is a bad ending; it almost certainly continues on from one of the other endings.
- There’s no ending where both of them die like that. Makoto dies, OR Sekai dies, OR Kotonoha dies.
Because that is the anime’s made up ending…
The game has no ending where they all die.
Plus this game occurs at the same time as ‘School Days’, so if we are lucky we might get to witness the death scenes from a different perspective or something like that.
The rule you should take away from this solopy, is that you should never trust an anime adaptation of a bishoujo game to give you any accurate ending. (In fact, some anime adaptations are so far removed from the game that their existence is denied.) This will pretty much always be the case because the majority of bishoujo games have multiple endings, and anime can only have one due to the format. Therefore (as I understand it), when translated in to anime form, a completely new ending is created, or they try and find a middle ground amongst all the endings. From what I have been able to pick up, School Days went with a middle ground amongst the bad endings.
A “School Days” ending cannot really be bad if Makoto dies in it! 
I wonder if there will be an ending where the main character steals Kotonoha from Makoto.

Good. I don’t mind a delay, but I’d hate to buy once again a bugfeast such as Summer Days (0verflow, where’s my promised renewed edition? I did send you the card thingie!) or to download several Gb of patches.

Do you think we’ll get a route with a story similar to this:
0verflow are a great company. I’m pretty sure no other eroge company is as brave as 0verflow is. I wonder if they still have fans! Seems 7/30 of the H scenes are of that particular nature (which is nowhere near a majority, but still, hah). All I can say is that people who still get 0verflow games got exactly what they deserve.
At times I’m not sure whether that’s sarcasm you’re expressing or just being brutal honest with your opinion (though if the latter I tend to agree with you ).
That said, the whole controversy actually turned me far more interested in Cross Days (read: going for it next month when things/releases will slow down a bit) as it’s been the case before the ever postponed pre-release phase…however for the record I should note that I’m perfectly fine with BL to begin with :oops:
Edit: Oh and is there any word / comment out yet whether Cross Days includes some Yanderekko goodness as well?
