This is sort of different from the current discussion, but I didn’t want to start a new topic.

How is the story of this game? Is this game going to have more non-consensual sex in it? Crowd seems to like to insert the rough sex themes, as even nicer games like Tokimeki Check-In have some dark spots in it (I mean, “master and servant” porn videos?).

I don’t want to buy it and get surprised.

That's a bit difficult.
You see, Doushin doesn't have ONE story, but is a tangle of threee different storylines, one for each sister.
But actions in one perspective can have an influence on the others and it is possible to switch between the three views at most times, while the time itself proceeds and ther eis no turning back (except loading a saved game).

One thing's for sure: the storyline of the oldest sister [Ryoko] is QUITE dark, even though it is possible for her to get a happy ending too, but this is actually quite difficult.

The lightest story is the one of the second sister, Maki. There was as far as I have played the japanese version, only one NC scene possible in her view and this one only happened if she got too deeply involved in Ryoko's scenario.

The story of the youngest sister Miho skates the boundaries: it has equal chances of going pretty dark or light. It's mostly up to the player.
