I sort of agree, kind of, but not really. As long as they're mentally mature enough to handle it, I don't have a problem with it. In real life.
We're dealing with fiction. Designed specifically to appeal to other, grown up, members of the population. I don't really want depictions of this in a story I'm playing through, unless it somehow has something to do with the plot. This is similar to my distaste for rape and BSDM.

Re-reading Nabokov’s Lolita has brought a thought into my mind.
According to H.H’s idea of “nymphets”, females between 9 and 14 years of age on the threshold of maturity have a certain bewitching and mystifying attractive gentleness about them.

Hmm, tough question because it involves a couple of other factors. (And like exoarchaeologist-san, I'm not exclusive to that type, it's a main preference though.) After all, sometimes it's hard to tell what age a girl is. So if you don't know her age, it's not like hitting an age threshold will matter.
For instance, my friend can easily pass herself off as someone in her early teens, and we're just a year or two shy of thirty. She's taken good care of herself and has no visible signs of age, and she's very petite, her elementary "little sister" when we were in Big Brothers/Big Sisters was bigger than her.
