i.m.o. the best choices would be those with the strongest plots…good pacing…good story arcs…surprises twists…good drama…etc…though it is a rare thing in this ahem industry…i reckon there oughta be a few games that fit this bill out there in japan

The reason Microsoft likely did this in Japan is because the Japanese love little LE extras like that, while Americans tend not to care so much. Americans mainly want things as cheap as possible (case in point: Wal-Mart), while the Japanese are willing to pay a little extra for the neat little bonus items (and in fact they've probably come to expect them).

Sukaradog seems to resemble Virgin roster a great deal, only it isn’t Kengo the Godmoding Chemistry teacher that makes life hell for the girls this time. The game seems to be a bit dark, but the character design was what caught my eye.

Peach Princess can only translate games from companies it has existing contacts with–which excludes all the games you mention. Currently PP only works with Crowd and Will, and their subsidiaries.

That’s not so true anymore. We did get games proposed that were from other companies. By the way, “Sincerely to you” IS a game made by a Will subsidiary, if I’m not mistaken.
I think this thread serves well as a general suggestion thread.
Sakuradog is unlikely, because Hobibox has already tried to venture into the English market. They didn’t get burned, though, they had problems at the JP HQ.
Eushully and Rusk sound good to me.

The only problem I see with that, is how Black Cyc is slowing becoming a "big" studio, and that might make the costs of getting the rights for a North American release not worth it. However, from what I can tell from the development artwork, they CG's are... ahem... "detailed" and have a censor layer.
