Well, I think I didn't tell him to make that decision right now. I thought I had to spark his awareness that there is a decision to be made.

Ah, true . I wonder if there is something in between being a FWOBIGOLS or a NTFWOBIGOLS? :3. Besides, will you be able to answer that all-too-long E-mail I wrote yesterday today?

You did? That was fast! *checks mailbox*... hmm, nothing there yet. I suppose that the internet-mailman is taking a break ^^;.

edit: Hmm, three hours since I said that and still no mail O_o. I'm beginning to suspect that one of THOSE un-trained lemons are up to something yet again, just to mock me ~_~.

*shrugs* I just thought it was the fastest way to give Allarian-san an idea of what goes on here. I just like to give people fair warning. My co-worker remembers that one of the first things I said to him was "run away while you still can". He admits that he thought I was joking at the time but now he realizes I was telling the absolute truth.

Though the Lemon Tutu Brigade might scare some off just as well as that thread. (Actually, I didn't realize that that group had an offical name yet.)

The first mail got bounced back. (No, I don't suspect a devine intervention! )

I resent it without attachments. Perhaps, it was too big for getting accepted by your provider...

It has. don't you remember? The goddess told ud before (In the Thread That Never Ends, I think) that if we hurt that goat, she'd pull out the Lemon Tutu Brigade .

Perhaps. Well, this time it worked fine . I'll send my answer sometime today .

Oh don't worry, so far it seems like you'll fit in. Though if you really want to have some idea how things sometimes go around here, you might want to go through that extremely long 29 page thread. That'll give you a quick idea of what you're getting yourself into here. We'll go over stuff like fwobigols, lemons, kittens and other essential topics for staying here at a later time...

They are right, that post probably would scare away a sane person. Or insane for that matter. (Still trying to figure out what exactly I had just got done reading.)

O.K., in that case you have to decide to become a FWOBIGOLS or a NTFWOBIGOLS!

I choose to be a FWOBIGOLS. After all she DID give me a warm welcome. Good enough reason for me.

So what sort of initiation to become part of the loyal followers am I looking at here?

Hmm, not sure. I work in a different division of the organization. I know the lemons are involved somehow...

We have a tendency to stray off topic. Well, I suppose that's true of any bulletin board by nature. At least the ones where people actually have a sense of community. Conversations shift, topics do not. Go figure.

Anyway, this particular topic has no topic. We just post to it. A lot. It all started...oh, I don't even remember the original post. And I had been playing too much Persona 2 (a game where one of the fundamental propositions is that belief defines reality) and caused an extreme topic change. And somehow it was decided that this was The Off Topic Thread, and it just sort of exploded.

Be careful, or we may lose our reputation for being very good at remembering things here :3.

Hmm? No special intination rite, through it might be a good idea to let yourself be bitten by a lemon, that makes you truly realize that they're ALL your friends .

Also, you should read the Thread That Never Ends someday. Do it on a day when you're free, throgh, ot you'll never be able to finish it. Anyway, that threads should give anyone an impression of what's done and discussed here.

Perhaps, he should train first with that old "Dokusen"-thread. It's not that lengthy... and perhaps, he joins us "we want Dokusen"-shouters.

EDT: ... even if it's an almost lost battle already ...

Well, a battle may have been lost, but who says that the war is over? . But I think they (PP) are aware of, that there are people who'd want to see a games like dokusen over here, and such. Why, if, say, LMM and Slave Bazaar gets released here in the west and gets more popular than any of the other PP games because of the SIM aspect of those two games, then I don't see why PP would not want to release a pure sim here in the west. This is a sad fact, but true: The more gameplay a bishoujo game appears to have, from the beginners point of view, the more appealing will the game look to them.

PP may not be able to release dokusen for now, or ever, but I myself would like them to release at least one of the three "pure sims" offered to us by Will. At least Utsukushi Hime (Beautiful Princess) might not be that much of a problem, since it was done by Rouge only, not Rouge + some other company. So unless there would be the same problem with Rouge that there was/is with ruf, so...

But of those threee SIMs, Dokusen would be a very good choice. In fact, based on my research on various japanese reviews that floats around the net, Dokusen received the most praise of those three, more than Kairaku and Utsukishi Hime anyway.

In any case, as long as PP still stands, the war is by no means over yet :3.

We have that reputation? Why don't I remember that either? Aaaaiiieeee!!!!

Er, okay, I think I'm over my nervous breakdown now. Hmm, just thought of something. We've been using masculine pronouns for Allarian-san, although "Ally" suggest to me a female person. (You're under no obligation to reveal your gender to us Allarian-san, I'm just making one of my odd observations.) Don't ask me why that thought came up.

Hmm, I would definitely like to see more SIM type games out in general. From reading other boards and talking to others, True Love's SIM aspect was something people really liked. And it was also the positive aspect that a lot of people liked from the Maid's Story. (Who's main negative aspect for people was the mosaic, but then again we know the audience I was talking to and we've also had that whole discussion before anyhow.) Dokusen would be nice, but any decent SIM game can only help open up the genre to more people in my opinion.
