You're trying to use a logic argument? With us? (notice, I said 'us', instead of specifically pointing at Spectator Beholder-san, )

Someday I'll picked up the Snow Drop Wall Scroll. When I someday have some actual space on a wall to put it up. (Way too many shelves currently in my room... )

*ROTFL* "training" cards!? No, didn't buy any of those, but I did buy some "Porn cards" . But I might pick up some for my next order from Peach Princess.

I know NFS means not for sale. I wasn't taking you seriously anyway. I was saying I'd probably be willing to pay that much

If you've seen Slayers, there was that one time in Next where Lina tried to buy Xellos' power enhancers, and he said "No way! These were a gift, I can't just SELL them!", and so she offered him six hundred gold pieces...and he said "maybe if it were six million, whereupon she pulls out of nowhere stuff worth six million gold, and walks off with the power enhancers

Funny you should mention it. I have one.

LMM-trainig-cards? Where? *Drool, drool, mega-drool*

Did you by any chance mean the high-grade trading-cards, that are now almost out of stock?

Or the postcards, that are now again in stock (Spec-san once asked for one of his sisters for them)?

A vacation in Sweden... Hmmm...
I may think about this. Which months would be best (regarding the weather) to visit your area in sweden?

Going to BAAF? Hmm, I don't know... It'd be fun, for sure, but such a journey takes time and money to plan and make. and I don't really know exactly where to begin, I'm not really used to plan things ^^;;. But, sure we could try .

I think, we have plenty of time for planning, if we want to go next year. If I manage to take the vacation long enough before next years BAAF, we may plan at that occasion together.

However, we have to think about the following questions:
1.) How to get there (likely by plane)
2.) How long to stay there
3.) Where to sleep, if we are going to stay more than one day
4.) How much this would cost (in order to check, if it is even possible for both of us, to do this)

Hmm. Hard to say. And it depends on in what season you'd want to come? But if you'd want to stay any longer than a weekend or something like that, then there isn't many months that works, but I have a one-week Fall vacation in about 6-7 weeks, not exactly sure, so if you want to stay longer than a weekend, that's the best opportuny to coem here; we don't get many vacations during Fall, sadly enough.

Well, we might be able to manage allt hat . But there's also a few things I think we may have to check, and there is soem other matters as well... Hm, as for where we are going to stay, if there any bishoujo fan living in NY that might be able to take us in for a few days for a small fee? ^_^

Eeehm, Once again, I became over-estimated...

I have to plan my vacations at least half a year in advance, so a vacation in 6-7 weeks is out of the question. I thought about spring or early in summer...

Yes, I do think so too. We'll even manage woodelfs point 5 of the list. Another thing, we have to think about, is a valid passport, of cause...

I hope that too. But I'm not sure, if we'll have that much luck...
Let's see, what the others around here say about this.

Hmm, let's see... Well, there is a few one-week breaks in spring/early summer, but I don't know the exact dates, so I'll have to check that. I do know that there is at least two breaks, through: The spring-break and the easter-break. Both are one-week breaks, through, so there'd be plenty of time for you to stay.

Yeah... And how we should get money to make it to the US. I might have to talk to my father about that, he'd give me some small support, or even more than that... We'll see...

Heh, there must be anyone who'd be willing to take in some poor bishoujo pilgrims along the way

Ah, we have to be careful, I think . I don't think we'd want to end up like poor Piro, at least not if it can be avoided

Edit: Still, I admit that it could be interesting to end up like him... All sorts fun things might happen .

At least you guys can speak english if you are stuck in the US. Honestly, if you are coming here to get a taste of what US anime conventions are like, I don't think AXNY/BAAF is the best one to choose and visit...maybe AX (at the west coast) or otakon might be better choices

I suggested AXNY/BAAF, because it would be a great opportunity to meet the PeaPri-staff and some other people, that post on this board. If any of the other conventions is also such an opportunity, than we might visit them instead of AXNY/BAAF.

So, the important question for changing the plan in order to visit another convention, is:
Who would be, at which conventions, that take place when and where?

I think peapri as a habit attend AX at california and san diego comir-con every year simply because it’s the west coast and that’s where peapri is located

I remembered last year when Dave/Kumiko asked me and one of the translator staff (who is a close friend of mine) to attend BAAF and when I looked at the BAAF website I wasn’t too impressed with the con offers (we ended not going due to various reasons, thesis being one of them). But then, that’s only BAAF; hopefully AXNY will be as good as the AX that takes place in the west coast

I attend San Diego Comic-con every year.

Hmm, isn't Peach Princess located in San Diego too?
