Can’t believe I’d watched this since childhood and never heard of this possible secret behind the movie:
I just realized that if Yousei Teikoku, Yoko Shimomura, and Michiru Yamane worked together to make a soundtrack, the world would end from sound-gasm because it couldn’t have such epic awesome concentrated in a single form. It would be music people actually fap to and women around the world would suddenly have virgin birth of twins.
Saw this article, GTA V’s Sex And Violence Toned Down In Japan, and it amused me.
I find it interesting that:
#1: People think Japan has greater porn and violence in the entertainment market than the US.
#2: That even if the above statement is true (and it’s not), Japan’s age restriction for those under 18 to have access to it would be exactly the same as the US.
On a side note: any American who thinks only Japan has a massive lolicon customer base, must conveniently ignore American mega porn stars like Kitty (her official bio claims: 4’ 11", 85 lbs, and measurements of 32A-21-31) and Amai Liu (her official bio claims: 4’10", 74 lbs, and measurements of 30A-23-33).
I mean Kitty won Best Porn Actress awards, and if you’ve seen pictures of her, it’s clear she ain’t selling to the MILF or Oppai crowd. So… yea…
Hajime Ichinose from Gatchaman Crowds is one of the most Mary Sue anime characters I’ve seen in a long time. Makes her annoying as fuck. Hard to believe her VA is one of my current favorites.
I look at niche games like Nobunaga’s Ambition and Romance of Three Kingdoms in the West and sometimes I wonder… If Konami had ported the SNES version of Tokimeki Memorial to English back in 1996 or 1997… would b-gaming be more mainstream in the West. Or maybe at the very least, would the number of b-gamers be higher since there would have been a “nostalgia” factor.
