ADD: This is not an official announcement, but it’s pretty close.

Gibo should be out for mastering and pressing within this month, if not sooner. LMM demo will be on the Gibo CD.

LMM has finished its editing and initial testing phase; I can finally put an end on my part and pass the data on to the final stages. Everything is in working order and needs some more (less complicated) testing and final touches. That will begin after Gibo is out (so yes LMM is now in limbo temporarily but not much I can do about), so unless something drastic happens cough HD crash cough HD frisbee on the 10th floor cough I don’t see a reason why LMM cannot come out within this year, if not sooner.

I am having thoughts of giving the LMM demo to some (legit) people for distribution…the 2 people I have in mind are rowena and ladyphoenix coz they have websites. But keep in mind that it can take up a crap load of your website bandwidth (the demo is a good 100mb including the stupid crap like directx setup). If the 2 of you are interested, email me. And no, no bittorent…

I am currently doing some feasibility studies on LMM Pandora Box because there are some serious issues that will prevent us from releasing this (either we will have to cut out some parts, or not do this title at all), but this stupid dated game (japanese version) cannot install on a NTFS system (and simply copying the files to the HD wont do)…so we will have to wait on that…

Cool so we should be expecting Gibo in a couple of months, unless we have another manual mishap

Nah, I personaly don't like to clean up other people's mess; I have done that enough for PeaPri already when someone else was out before and I don't feel like doing the same thing again.

Plus, I am a bit tired after all the testing for Brave Soul and it's better for me to work on the entire LMM series since by now I know the game inside out so I don't think I will be working on any other titles at this moment (plus my real life is too busy).

Sakigake will be dealt with by someone else.

Spec, add them to the ranks…get a racial tolerance program going…have the vampire lemons vampirize some of the strawberries…we need some color around here

though because of their bright color, I don’t think any of the strawberries will make it onto the super secret ninja squad that of course does not exist

but gibo is now done (sent to mastering and printing) and we are ready to move on to the last stages of LMM

Understanding your desire not to give a timeline, can you say what the last stages are for LMM?

i dunno for sure, but it’s mostly checking and testing by other staff so you have a different person and mind double-checking the game…as well as doing the files for packaging and manuals

Cool, does not sound like as much as I had thought, for some reason thought they would basically be redoing and checking every minute thing with a jeweler’s eye and fine tooth-comb, to mix analogies.

Seems like a lot less then that which is actually comforting, even though I still flinch at the word manuals, maybe after Doushin is someday released I will no long be flinching on that word.
