Ah, always popular translation fun. Actually, I’m a little surprised that I havn’t seen some of those before. I’m so deprived…

Speaking of deprived, I’m gonna just sit here, sulk, and glare at all of you with game consoles…

All that talk about Xenosaga really really really hurts me badly!

Well, at least I have "Kingdom Hearts" (not to mention: the japanese original of "Brave Soul") to take some consolation from...

Hmm...Kingdom Hearts AND Brave Soul, or Xenosaga.

...I honestly would have to go with Xenosaga. I had DREAMS about this game, and I'm only a third of the way through it.

So, umm, whoever you have to kill to get your hands on a copy, it is in fact NOT a legal justification...so you may need to consider the options carefully.

Xeeenosaaagaaaagaagahuhguahaghuh

*drool*

The funniest thing about unicorn’s post is that I was just reading another thread, about how frustrated some people are about sloppy translations in some B-games.
Thank you for putting it all in persective, Unicorn.

Mmmmm… Xenosaga…

It stares at me. I bought it the day it came out, but I refuse to play it until I’m finished my current game. It calls to me, and appears in my peripheral vision.

Soon though… soon…

Well I'm actually supposed to be playing Star Ocean 3 but because of the bug I've had to ship it back to Japan to get it replaced .

Oh and something kind of ontopic, the awesome looking Agesoft game MuvLuv has been released .

Zuh...zu...h.. Xenosa..ga

Me? I'm waiting for the next Chapters of .Hack and FF X-2.

Speaking of FF X-2, everybody sing along with me!

(Sung to the tune Mickey by Toni Basil)

Oh! Rikku you're so fine!
You're so fine you blow my mind, Hey Rikku!......

xenosaga is my god…droooool…i had huge huge huge expectations for this game, and it has not let me down, other than leaving almost all of the game’s secrets intact at the end of the episode…this means i will dream and pray for Episode 2 as soon as i finish Episode 1

now if i could just beat the obscenely hard final boss…

Well, it was just a coincidence, but I also realized that it was indeed good timing...

I had huge expectations as well. Xenogears was, originally, my Best RPG Ever. Then I tried to replay it, and noticed all the glaring, pathological flaws the game had originally. Xenogears aimed high, but ultimately is just too...too...too flawed.

Xenosaga accomplishes handily what Xenogears wanted to do.

And final boss? FINAL BOSS? I took 2 days off work to play the damn game, and I'm 30 hours in, and you're AT THE FINAL BOSS??

*kill* *stab* *murder*

yes final boss, but don’t kill me, i must live to see episode 2…

and Xenogears is still my favorite game and story of all time…i don’t see any major flaws in it

Technically he wasn't saying who he was killing, stabbing and murdering. (And probably not in that order.) He might have just been doing it with any body he had lying around the house...

And once again digging out this insane thread, just because I can…

To the far too few lovely ladies who grace this board with their presence, Happy White Day! May you receive all the chocolates and other items you deserve! (I’d give out some virtual chocolates but all I have on me are encrypted bananas…)

finally got around to watching some of the dvd’s I’ve bought recently. Lets see… Chobits Vol 1, dot hack Vol 1, Steel Angel Kurumi Encore,Excel Saga Vol 5, Escaflone Movie, Cat Girl Nuku Nuku. Lots of good stuff. still have more to go through. Let’s see… 13 more dvd’s I haven’t had time to watch yet. Mostly Robotech and Bubblegum Crisis 2040, but also includes Wild Arms vol 1 and complete shamanic princess, and 2 different nightwalkers and harmageddon…etc. hmm, this may take a while.

OK everybody, I picked up Freelancer today. For those of you who are big fans of the classics like Elite and Wing Commander : Privateer It’s well worth checking out.

Oh my smegging god, this thread is 1236 posts long? 1237 after this one now. Peach Princess does need a chat room, isn’t this a bit of a strain on hard drive space?

don’t bash the thread of chaos!!! it is a wonder and a joy…

as for Xenosaga, I discovered the final boss was gonna beat the tar outta me because i hadn’t levelled enough during the game, so i re-started without beating the final boss or seeing the ending…doing a lot better this time around
