I’ll think about it if you remove Mato Sakura from your list =P I had no problems with her route or anything, but I can’t possibly accept her inclusion on a list of top H-game heroines. I like tragic heroines just fine. I even like damaged/broken heroines, to a point (e.g. I liked Sharin’s Natsumi and I especially liked Natural Another One 2nd’s Aoba) but she doesn’t enough positive attributes to balance her flaws and her personality is pretty horrifying at times. No complaints about the rest of the list (although I haven’t played some games on it, like Princess Lover and Figures of Happiness)

Sakura being the only Yandere from a translated eroge she makes the list by default, but maybe i’m just a little more tolerant to the pain like Shiro xD
Actually, this reminds me of someone very obvious I did manage to miss - Kaoruko from Mugen Kairou 2, who is all kinds of win. Not because she’s a yandere - she’s not, but because she’s the only MK heroine who ISN’T a yandere. Well, not just that, she’s just great in general.
Actually, I think you’ve forgotten about a certain ending… 
I’ll add the other three daughters, Hana, Shiro and Tamaki (moreso in 1) to that list as well. Other than that, two as yet unmentioned ones that immediately come to mind are Miu from Mashiroiro Symphony and Hastune from Atlach=Nacha.
