Got this game in my November batch yesterday. Been playing it all night (and all day). To cut it short: your a “tentacle rape beast” who happens to have a default human form. You’re also very best friends with a pair of Shinto and Catholic monster hunters (isn’t everyone? 
Cons: It’s only a rapefest. Music sucks hardcore and then some (I cut it off, so terrible it was). Plot is simplistic as hell: thus the difference between the harem ending, and the single girl endings, aren’t really that big. Few “paper doll” models for the characters. Oh… and no twincest ending. 
To cap it: just a pretty rapefest title with nice pictures and voice acting. But a GREAT pretty rapefest title with GREAT nice pictures and GREAT voice acting. Oh… and kinky twincest.
Not Black Cyc quality supernatural evil - the story is waaaay too pathetic and there’s no gore and ultra violent sex… but then sometimes you want to eat a Pizza instead of Caviar.

On a side note: Is it just me, or has there been a HUGE rise in the fraternal twincest as of late. More and more titles are calling sisters twins, yet the look nothing alike… oddly enough, I’ve been seeing titles that have sisters who could pass as twins, but they aren’t called as such at all.
Ordinarily, when I think of twincest, it’s with sisters who are physically identical or have differences that are minor (hair/eye color, breast size). Not exactly true of course - fraternal is legal twincest and all that - but its not the same “spirit” and all that… (although I do make exceptions for boy-girl twins that look totally alike, and still see it as identical twincest, because they are practically identical and/or can fool others with who is who).
Meh… maybe it’s just the purist in me or something.

It’s very disappointing, because the twins seem like they are willing to share (like how they both do their homework on the same sheet of paper), but the game itself never presents an option for it to happen.
