In this one there’s no twins main characters, but it seems the blonde ojousama has twins maids working for her.
Triplets this time:
Manga turned anime Linebarrels of Iron has twins in it: although its a brother and sister type deal. Girl is violent and tsundere as hell. Boy is polite and somewhat effeminate (he’d be a shoe-in for bishonen if his hair was longer). They pilot a single mecha as one. Seems that the boy is the only one who can curbs his sister’s violence.
Not sure if it’s really twincest as I’ve only seen five episodes out of the anime (and never read the manga), but most of the official art I’ve seen with these two has them holding hands and in various “symmetrical docking” poses.
Glad to see people like it, I know the guys who are doing it. I need to tell them to hurry up, they are slacking off.
On a separate note, I never really thought about twins much in games until this thread, I’d like to see the people here do one involving some.

Here are some upcoming twincest titles, that I recently ran across. Of the two, Yosuga looks promising: what heartless twin brother could leave his dependent twin sister? On the flip side, Chijo 2 seems like a “quickie sexfest” deal.

For Yosuga however, it’s twincest all the way. Firstly it’s divinely mandated. Secondly she saw the protagonist first. Thirdly she’s cute as hell. Having a great voice actress is no slouch either. 8)
