Hmm, I didn’t think she put a limit, so why not send a few in yourself Spec-san? I’d send some in myself except that a) Unicorn-san is doing such a good job already and b) I’m sorta having trouble sitting down and just focusing on writing reviews. I’m glad I’m not a professional writer, I’d be starving given how many times I end up with “writer’s block”.

Oh, if I am killing your courage for writing reviews, I have to limit my efforts to japanese games (I already did that, after I wrote my review of "Dividead", but that's just because I am done with reviewing most of my enlish localized games. Reviews of the remaining titles "Light Up!", "Legend of Fairies/Fairy Nights" and "DOR" would rather become rantings than reviews and that's not worth the effort of doing them anyway.).

Ah, do not concern yourself about us, writte as many reviews that you want :3. Still, it's good if you concentrate on Japanese reviews, because that all of the people here, and more, knows english and would be able to writte a review of any english-ported gmaes here. Japanese games, on the other hand, is an entirly another matter; few here are able to play them and understand most of the things in the game, and most of those people don't want to submit their reviews here for personal reasons. So we have only you, Doug, and, in some rare cases, a couple of other people.

I've been thinking of doing that, and indeed, that's what I want to do, when I have time [img]http://princess.cybrmall.net/ubb/smile.gif[/img]. On the other hand, I don't think most people around here (lurkers in particular) care much about japanese games, because they could never know if they are ever going to be localized (at least 90% of them).
... and I don't believe, many others would go to that extreme of learning japanese for that purpose either ...

i accept reviews for any english-translated game you want to write them for, and there is no limit to how many i will accept…it just might take a while to get them all posted…I STILL have a bunch i haven’t gotten around to posting yet…the list i post in This Site Needs… is mostly the reviews I am looking for most fervently, but i will accept for any title at all
and Unicorn (or anyone else interested), I would actually like a review of DOR for my site…Misc section, of course, but it is still a translated game

*sigh* Too true, I'm afraid. Still, the Crowd/Will game review in particular may spark some real interest, for at least the long-time lurkers should know that Will/Crowd games have a chance to get released here.

I see, then I shall do my best to writte a couple of reviews for you. I might not do it as well as Unicorn, through, and to some extent, I may be re-using the methods of others. But anyway, I shall try.
I just wanted to let you guys know that I am beginning to apply for some very prestigious web awards (rated 3.5 to 5 by the Awards Site Rating), so I hope I have everyone’s support! you’ll also notice my opening page has been updated a little to more accurately reflect things these judges wish to know

Actually, it's mainly because when I write reviews for websites, I tend to concentrate on the games that havn't been reviewed yet. I just figure that some review is better than no review. Actually, sometimes it IS worthwhile to just rip on (read: make fun of) a game. Some games just NEED to be ripped to shreds.

Well, actually I think it's better to have as much as possible reviews regarding the same game, because each review is biased on the reviewers personal taste. That's why I made an effort to review as much games as possible: In order to provide one first opinion as a part of the puzzle that should be completed by further reviews written by other people.

Well I do too but priority-wise, I'll write a review for an unreviewed game before a previously reviewed one. I tried writing a Critical Point one yesterday but I got so stuck and frustrated, I actually ended up doing job related work, which is never a good sign.
