Somehow I think MiniDead is appealing to a different fanbase…
I found the romantic vampire subplot in Tsukihime intriguing when I originally saw the anime. One plus for vampire eroge is that there’s ample opportunity for creepy loligoths. And that’s always a good thing. Nothing like the delicious conflict of a girl that longs to end your life but whose hand is stayed by an impossible love.
Saki route is pure love with a bittersweet ending. It’s exactly what these people would love.
Of course, there’s the fact that you have to go through the whole I’m-a-vampire-rapist main game to GET to that route that’s the problem =P
I wouldn’t mind more games like Critical Point. That was a really good game, and I’m tired of playing as a little high school wiener boy, I want a professional who’s willing to kick ass and take names.
Also, maybe some european medieval setting, or a japanese samurai setting. Modern day is all right, but I love swordplay and I’d like to see some guts get spilled.
