If the restored scenes had mosaics it would put me in a bind, as it would cast doubt on the "officialness" of the patch--which is the premise for much of my argument. I'd have to alter the article, but I'd likely still publish it. It's important to let people know about the censorship and the availability of a restoration patch, regardless of whether the patch meets customer expectations or not.
So yes, the mosaic question is important to me, but likely not for the same reasons it's important to you and others. After all, If I deeply cared about mosaics in pornography, I wouldn't be learning Japanese to play eroge, now would I?
