Yea… but they weren’t exactly the prettiest (or best acting) JAV idols though. They retired from the adult industry too. 
There’s actually a lot of twins in the porn industry. I personally think one of the better pairs is Lacey and Lyndsey Love - aka the Love Twins. They signed on with Vivid back in 2005. Still… they’re kinda tame in some respects. They don’t actually kiss each other, just do a lot of twosomes… there’s these sexy Brazilian twins that actually get in on full hardcore - but I forget their stage names at the moment…

I’ve been looking since ever for pictures of Hinokawa Mako and Ako (??? and ??), from the PC-Engine game ??? (yes, I’m a huge Yuna fan since 1995). Try your twin fan skills! Give me pictures!!!

Hmmm… I used to have the Yuna artbook ¬ñ sadly before I owned a scanner - only because it had Princess Mirage in it (Fujishima for the win). Lost that during a move some years ago… Ako and Mako only had a total of four production illustrations in that book IIRC…
I’ll see what I can turn up by poking in some obscure circles within 2chan, but this identical pairing was never too popular with the twincest community - at least those I frequent. To my memory, I’ve never even seen them get a garage kit figurine.
And it was just sketches anyway. For the record, I own the artbook, plus the Yuna figure artbook, plus one full box of the Yuna trading cards, plus the Yuna Illustration Works 1&2 that were released on Saturn, so, heh. Plus all the games and anime, of course, as well as most CDs.
It’s more a matter of age, IMO, since Yuna was pretty popular… back then, in the early 90ies. ^^;;;;;
Lots of garage kits by Bome before he became truly famous, and stuff. Nowadays, it’s a miracle to find anything!
Of course, Ako and Mako weren’t the most popular sub-characters, but then pretty much only Mai and Shiori were (though Mami and Miki got some lines in the second OVA series). It’s too bad for me, though, because my favourite Darkness Fraulein were Yoshika and Sayuka (and, of course, Lia/Polylina but she’s a main character, not a sub) and my favourite Erika7 were Miki and Ako/Mako (and Erika, fo course), when I never really liked Mai, nor Shiori.

Honestly I was really disappointed with the game. You play as a corporate spy, who kidnaps the twin daughters of a rival company’s president, so you can beat them for the information you need. Three winnable girls. Twins are fraternal. A violent training title - although not an actual trainer… rape 'em, beat 'em, chain 'em, break 'em, etc. There’s better around… so unless you REALLY like the artwork, I’d pass on it. Still, the voice acting and music are nice. Graphics are good. I just find the story and characters as cliche and overdone… not to mention its not identical twins. 
i like twincest a lot …cant say I’m enamored with it though.
